We had a little house part and our mixologist Ian was really great! The most delicious specialty cocktails and such a great energy and helpful attitude. Helen was also very responsive on the day and helped us find a workaround when some of our ingredients we had ordered didn’t arrive. We did the dry bar hire which was a good approach so that we could decide how many cocktails to offer and also keep the leftovers! My only feedback would be that the “menu provided” option for dry hire could be improved - perhaps more clearly stating what ingredients were for what cocktail, suggesting brands and alternatives to the pre made mixers and clearly stating how many servings that would provide - so that we could easily adjust this. We only ended up using 15% of the amount suggested in the menu, and our guests drank loads of cocktails!
